If you find some art…

… on saturday 13th october, then you can keep it. Top shelf stuff too like works from Andrew Pommier, Reg Mombassa, Deanne Cheuk, Beci Orpin, Paul McNeil, Eric Elms, Arterio Rodriguez, Numskull, Ben Frost and more.

Fifteen original works will be hidden around sydney city and the eastern suburbs for Finders Keepers, a branded PR stunt from clothing maker, Mambo. All you have to do is register online or at the launch party, and then be at the monster children gallery, 20 burton street, darling-it-hurts, before 10am on saturday 13th. You can even check out what you’re looking for there on the days before.

Winners and runners-up also get some nice sony goodies - either a psp or ps2 - for their efforts.

Let’s face it, this event has product placement written all over it - but on the other hand, it is a stellar opportunity to redecorate for spring with some super funky new world-class artwork, so I guess it qualifies for furtivity. If only we were going to be in sydney that weekend…
